Matcha Dating Limited maintains a strict, zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). As a platform "Designed for serious intent," the safety of children and the prevention of exploitation are our highest priorities.
"Matcha – Less Chat , More Vibe" is strictly an 18+ platform. To satisfy and exceed global Child Safety Standards, we implement the following multi-layered protections:
- Projection and Prevention: We explicitly prohibit the creation, uploading, sharing, or storage of any material that depicts or promotes child sexual abuse or exploitation. This includes any content that facilitates the solicitation of minors.
- Automated CSAM Detection: Our platform utilizes advanced automated detection technologies and hashing algorithms to proactively identify and block Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) before it can be viewed by any user.
- Comprehensive UGC Moderation: All User-Generated Content (UGC), including video "Pours" and profile media, undergoes a rigorous dual-layer review process involving both real-time automated scanning and human moderation.
- Mandatory NCMEC Reporting: In compliance with federal and international laws, Matcha Dating Limited immediately reports all instances of suspected child exploitation or CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant global law enforcement agencies.
- Immediate Platform Ban: Any user found to be in violation of our Child Safety Standards will be subject to an immediate, permanent, and non-appealable ban from the platform and all associated services.
